Treatment packages are discounted because you are buying in bulk. After purchase and commencement of treatments there is a no refund policy of part of your package. You do not have any balance in credit with MediSpa but a number of treatments purchased within the treatment package which you may come in for at any time at your convenience (following the guidelines of the treatment plan).
